  1. Go to our main page and click on the “Buy Tickets” button for the show
  2. Select the date you’d like to attend
  3. Select the number and type of ticket you’d like (if you have 2 senior subscriptions, enter 2 senior tickets)
  4. Please enter your names when it prompts you to
  5. Continue to the payment screen
  6. Under the summary of charges on the right is a box that says “Enter Coupon Code”  Enter your code(s) from your Subscription receipt – you can enter more than one code at a time, just put a space in-between each code.
  7. Click “Apply”
  8. All charges should be zero
  9. The remainder of the form should be filled out for you.  Please check the information to be sure it is accurate
  10. Click “Confirm Order”
  11. You will get an email confirmation and a .pdf of tickets that you can print out if you like.  You don’t HAVE to print them – we can check you in by hand.

Trouble shooting:

I can’t find my subscription code:
Call us and we can look it up for you.

It says this code has already been used:
This will show up if you need to exchange ticket dates.  Please call the box office and we can help.

This is too much trouble:
It’s easier than it sounds, but just call us and we can help you.

Do I have to purchase tickets to each show in the season separately?

I want to add tickets to my subscription tickets:
Go ahead!  Just enter the total number of tickets you need when you first select your date.  When you go to the payment screen and enter your code, it will only apply to your tickets – the remaining ticket(s) will be full price.

Subscription FAQ’s

What do I do when I get to the theatre?

  • You can print your ticket at home and bring it with you – we’ll scan it at the door
  • If you want to save paper or forget your ticket – no problem! Just check in at the Box Office in the lobby before the show and let us know you’re here.

What if I can’t come on the date I chose?

We know that things come up at the last minute. If you need to exchange a ticket, please call the box office and we will do our best to accommodate you. The first 2 exchanges are free. After that, there is a $1.00 fee.

What if I can’t attend one of the productions?

If you aren’t able to use your tickets for a production, your options are:

  • Give them to a friend
  • Give the Box Office permission to give them to a walk-up patron
  • Do nothing – we’ll just miss you!

Do I have to see every show in the season or can I use my subscription to purchase more than one ticket to a show?

We’d like you to see all we have to offer, so you only get one ticket per show.
