If you would like to volunteer to help us in front of house, here are a few options:
- Usher – ushers greet the audience members as they arrive, tear tickets and hand out programs. It is also helpful if they know where the bathrooms are and if food and drink are allowed in the theatre (they are). A friendly smile is a must for this position. Note: Ushers get to see the show they “ush” for free!
- Box Office – this person needs to be friendly and comfortable working with the public, able to count money, and use a credit card machine. Training is required for this position.
- Friendraiser – these people should be huge fans of Mustard Seed Theatre that are willing to post reviews, send out opening notices, hang flyers, distribute postcards, and generally rave about Mustard Seed Theatre and our shows. Facebook pages, large email lists, and blogs are strongly encouraged!
